World Drawing Day

World Drawing Day is a commemoration that has been observed annually since 2008. People from all backgrounds and walks of life are encouraged to come together and celebrate the art of drawing.

The National Gallery of Ireland, to take just one example, is organising a programme of events to take place on Saturday, 17 May at various locations. Similar such events and gatherings are occuring in countries across the world.
